Frank is a communications and data-infrastructure executive with deep experience spanning data centers, cloud platforms, Voice over IP, and wireless technologies.

He previously served as Director of Technical Solutions at Microsoft, helping customers design and deploy complex technology infrastructure. Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing at Sylantro Systems, he helped advance next-generation IP communications and converged voice services.

Currently a Senior Technology Consultant at Qanopy Group, Frank advises companies on data-center strategy, telecommunications infrastructure, and emerging connectivity technologies.
